Local Attractions :
•  Archaeological Museum (1 Mile) - The museum has a remarkable collection of sculpted stone from public Roman buildings. It also possesses parts of, and a replica of a 1st century Roman chariot.

•  Amphitheatre (2 Miles) - It could hold up to 15000 spectators, probably the total number of inhabitants of the town. The tiered seating was set into the sides of a natural valley to the north and south, and into a constructed embankment to the west.
