• Oberthur Park (1 Mile) - The Oberthur Park represents today a botanical interest of foreground, the trees having reached their complete development and certain species being particularly interesting (bald cypress or even giant sequoia!).
• Ecomusée du Pays de Rennes (1 Mile) - This large farm of the area of Rennes is caught up with little by little by town planning, thus expressing a much better contrast between the last and current rural life.
• Opéra House (1 Mile) - 8 or 9 operas and as many concerts are performed here every year. The chosen repertoire (opera and operetta, chamber music, recitals, and baroque music) covers 4 centuries of music, from Monteverdi to contemporary composers.
• The Thabor Park (1 Mile) - With its 10 acres in the heart of the town of Rennes, on the plate which dominates the Vilaine, Thabor is one of the most beautiful parks of France.
