Converted from an ancient monastery, the Citôtel Roncevaux is in a private courtyard 2 minutes from Pau's Castle. The name Roncevaux recalls the famous battle between the invading Sarrasins and Charlemagne.

From the city centre, follow the signs for 'Hôtel de Ville' then take the Louis Barthou street (one way street) and, after 50 metres, you will see the hotel's entrance.
