• Agropolis Museum (5 Miles) - Agropolis is a museum of both science and society, a unique spot for discovering another world through food and those who produce it. All aimed at increasing the public's understanding of the foodstuffs industry.
• Le Jardin des Plantes (8 Miles) - Created in 1593, and regarded as the oldest botanical garden in France. Originally a research centre but today is intended more for relaxation. Both foreign and indigineous species of flora are found here.
• La Tour des Pins (8 Miles) - One of 25 towers that once reinforced the medieval walls and gateways of Montpellier, and one of only two that remain standing. This tower stands 23 metres in height, and is surrounded by a small park full of cedars.
