The hotel restaurant, Le Balbec, (open from 12:30 until 14:00 and from 19:30 until 22:00) features a non-smoking area and serves gourmet cuisine. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and in January.

Mercure Grand Hotel Cabourg also features a bar, La Belle Epoque, open from 11:30 to 23:00. La Belle Epoque serves numerous cocktails and snacks and offers musical entertainment.
