COMMENTS: In general a minimum stay of 7 nights applies, from Saturday to Saturday (there may be exceptions).

Payment:
A deposit equal to 25% of your booking will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation (a fraction is not refundable, check respective cancellation policy below). The remaining balance will be deducted 30 days prior to arrival. A reservation fee of EUR 15 will also be taken at the time of booking.

Arrival:
Reception is only open between 16:00 and 20:00, so if you are going to arrive later than this, please call the hotel to arrange an appropriate time.

Damage Deposit:
A refundable deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be refunded on departure only if:
- the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged;
- you have done the cleaning at the end of your stay.

Additional Costs:
Bath linen and towels: EUR 6 per kit
Cleaning of the apartment: EUR 60
