On the outskirts of the town of Amboise, Le Choiseul is composed of three residences (18th century), which rooms have a view over the gardens and the Loire.

In the restaurant, overlooking the river or the gardens, the cuisine is light, delicate and with subtle local influences, and has won recommendations in the guides.
